Our Programs

Training classes are in a team group atmosphere with elite personal trainers where results are guaranteed as long as members are fully committed and obedient to what we call the EP Fitness Guidelines. During workouts the focus is to burn as much fat as possible through resistance and cardiovascular training. Every member is given a customized program to help them accomplish their personal goals. Trainers are at all times focused on pushing their members to the next level. Regardless of fitness level every member is placed to excel to the next level. All fitness levels welcome!
